— WHY THIS PROGRAM —

The Construction Industry Needs This. Now.

Suicide rates in construction are among the highest of any industry. Yet most mental health training is built for offices, not job sites. Building Resilience changes that.

01 — Construction-Specific

Every story, every example, every tool is built for the construction environment — not adapted from a corporate wellness deck.

02 — Trauma-Informed

Grounded in trauma-informed principles, this curriculum meets workers where they are — with empathy, not judgment.

03 — You Do the Training

Once certified, you own the program. Train your teams internally, at scale, on your schedule — no outside facilitator required.

04 — Ongoing Support

You're never on your own. Quarterly community calls, refresher modules, and a supply store keep you equipped and connected.

— WHO SHOULD ATTTEND —

Built for the People Who Lead on the Ground

This program is designed for the professionals who set the tone on job sites and in boardrooms — the ones whose credibility makes safety culture actually stick.

Safety Professionals

Add mental health to your safety framework with industry-specific tools and protocols you can deploy immediately.

HR Leaders

Bridge the gap between policy and jobsite reality with training that speaks the language your workforce understands.
